Richard Kiermacz, owner and chief chocolatier of Chocolates Etc. in St Catharines, will join David Hulley in a duet of wine and chocolate. We all know chocolate and red wine go beautifully together. This seminar will open your eyes and tastebuds to different wines paired with different percentage cocoa. It will amaze you!

2 PM Afternoon Interactive Seminar Unravelling the Mystery of Identifying Wine Aromas
Delve into the world of wine aromas and spend the afternoon unravelling its mysteries in a fun and interactive way.
How on earth does one learn to pick out all the flavours in a glass of wine?
When someone says they taste licorice, blackberry, cedar, etc. in a wine, what does that mean?!
In this interactive seminar, learn some tricks for identifying and describing wine aromas in a fun and visual way!
3:30 PM Closing
End your day in a relaxing way. Sip some wine and/or direct trade, ethically sourced, locally roasted Manic Pixie Dream coffee, and enjoy a theatre performance by the principals of the Foster Festival.

(All inclusive of 3-course lunch, Restaurant gratuity, taxes, special guests, wine, and 6 hours of education and entertainment! What you see is what you pay for the full day.)
