The signature thin skin of all “pinot” grapes lead to a wine of lighter colour, and most importantly, lower tannins. The intentional bright acidity makes this lighter-style wine one of grace and subtlety. Notes of fresh field berries, rhubarb and tart cherry make the wine enticing and also, very approachable. It is a cheerful accompaniment to boisterous, casual conversations, zesty margarita pizza, and duck.
