The sparky, mouth-watering acidity elegantly carries the abundance of fruit while it is delicately tamed by a hint of sweetness. The focus of this wine is pinpoint, and it cries out for cheeses of all descriptions to join it on its merry gastronomic journey. The path is boundless, and this Vineland Estates Winery icon is solidly in it for the long run.
